For a manufacturer, the headquarters often stands next to the factory. Clients are received there, contracts are signed there, and staff decide there whether to stay. A headquarters or factory office building is a workplace, the company’s public face and a long-term asset.
WZWX designs corporate headquarters, factory office buildings, staff canteens and showrooms for manufacturers in Taiwan and China, planned together with the factory they serve: one site plan, one entrance sequence, one design language. Architecture, interiors and furniture come from the same team.
In Taiwan, offices on a factory site must also respect the limits on ancillary space. These limits are best checked at site selection and masterplanning.

Beyond the headquarters, many manufacturers need a public face. We designed a glass showroom in the garden of Taiwan Glass’s Qingdao plant, and ROU, T-HAM’s butchery and restaurant in Taipei.
We are your single point of contact from land due diligence, masterplan, architecture, interiors and furniture through to construction supervision. In Taiwan, drawings are signed by a licensed architect partner we have worked with for many years; in China, we work with qualified design institutes.
Before founding WZWX, Richard and Stephen Wang spent 2010–2014 as Shihlien Chemical’s in-house architectural design managers, designing and managing offices, dormitories and guest facilities on the owner’s side. We plan a headquarters the same way: starting from how it will be used every day, and how it will be maintained.
Tell us about the site and what the building needs to do. We will reply with how we would approach it.
