We take a project from land due diligence through masterplanning, architecture and interiors to construction supervision, so your brief is carried through every stage, from the first site visit to the first production run.
We design from the client’s angle. Briefs vary — process, budget, brand, land constraints — so we customise the response rather than forcing a fixed style. That means useful options at each stage, from land due diligence through construction, and a design language that sits comfortably with international standards and taste without losing local craft.
Manufacturing remains a key pillar of economic development, yet industrial buildings are too often treated as mere containers for equipment. Together with our clients, we look further: factories, laboratories and logistics facilities are where people work every day, an expression of the company’s brand, and long-term assets. They deserve the same care as any other building — light, materials, structure, circulation, energy and carbon reduction, and spatial quality.
At the Pingtung meat plant, offices, quality control and the staff canteen sit behind a full-height glass front, so staff who work long hours in production rooms held between −35°C and 13°C also enjoy daylight and outdoor views during their breaks. Certification is a result, not the goal. When climate or process calls for it, the response is specific: the Yiwu tea complex is designed without air-conditioning, and the Huai’an salt laboratory collects rainwater for evaporative cooling and irrigation.
As the global climate transition advances and carbon-neutrality (“dual carbon”) policies and ESG requirements deepen in both Taiwan and China, industrial architecture is moving from low-carbon towards zero-carbon thinking. As practitioners of sustainable industrial architecture, we have several selected industrial projects with international certification, and our recent projects have all achieved LEED Gold. We follow carbon from footprint planning at the earliest design stage to smart low-carbon controls in operation, applying carbon-reduction measures across the whole life cycle to help clients create sustainable, green assets of lasting value.

Not sure which applies? Tell us about your site and project and we will point you to the right starting point.
We have worked across Taiwan and China for many years and know the different land systems and regulatory frameworks on both sides: land use, FAR, soil and water conservation, seismic design, and industry standards such as GMP, ISO and ESG. We stay involved in every discipline, from project start to completion.
We combine pre-purchase land evaluation, masterplanning, architecture, interior design and project management, so each stage connects seamlessly and every decision carries through from one stage to the next. See How We Work for each phase, what shapes your timeline and how fees work.
